I’m involved in both the business side and the delivery side of things. My role is to keep projects on track, align the team’s efforts, and ensure our processes are as efficient as possible.

Along with managing day-to-day operations, I lead our SEO work — from keyword research and on-page optimization to building strategies that actually bring in organic traffic. I work closely with both clients and our creative team to make sure we’re not just delivering content, but results.

For me, SEO and operations go hand in hand — both are about building systems that keep working long after the initial push.
